Hey! I'm Kalen Ray Holt, otherwise known as "Kray" - the face behind Kray Kaptures.

I'm a photographer based in Ash Grove, Missouri, and I'm passionate about capturing genuine moments that people can cherish for a lifetime.

I've been around cameras for as long as I can remember thanks to my mom, who is a photographer herself. Growing up, I was always either behind the camera with her or being volunteered as her favorite subject to photograph. Looking back now, I owe a huge thank you to my mom for introducing me to photography and helping me spark a passion that would eventually grow into this.

My photography journey started with a 1970's Canon film camera, and once I got the basics dialed in, I was hooked. What started off as a hobby quickly turned into a way of life. In 2024, I officially launched Kray Kaptures, and its been an incredible journey ever since! I've had the opportunity to meet some amazing people and capture some truly unforgettable moments along the way.

When I'm not behind the camera(or editing for countless hours), I'm spending time with my beautiful wife Bethany , who I've been blessed to be married to for 2 years, along with our 3 spoiled pets - our cats Melvin and Priscilla, and our crazy Corgi, Peaches, who definitely keeps life entertaining!

Photography is more than just taking pictures to me - it's about turning a moment into a memory than you will never forget. I'm excited to continue growing, creating, and seeing where this journey will take me next!
